Information we collect
ServiceOnion collects details you submit through forms, bookings, payments, admin/client portals, and creator applications. This may include name, business name, email, phone, service needs, budget range, project notes, uploaded files, payment status, and delivery links.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, build and deliver digital services, process payments, manage project access, review creator uploads, provide support, and improve ServiceOnion operations.
Third-party services
ServiceOnion may use trusted providers such as Supabase for authentication, database, booking records, and storage; Stripe for payments; Google Workspace SMTP for email; GitHub and Vercel for project delivery. These providers process information according to their own policies.
Security and access
Admin, employee, creator, and client delivery access is restricted by login or secure token links. Private delivery files are intended to be downloadable only after payment is complete or manually recorded as paid by ServiceOnion.
