Use of the website

By using the ServiceOnion website, booking a consultation, submitting a form, applying as a creator, or purchasing a product, you agree to use the platform lawfully and provide accurate information.

Project scope

Custom digital services are based on the agreed scope, timeline, assets, revisions, integrations, and delivery terms. Additional requests outside the approved scope may require a new quote or timeline update.

Payments and access

ServiceOnion may collect advance payments, milestone payments, final payments, or marketplace payments. Client delivery files and repository access can be restricted until payment is complete.

Creator submissions

Creators may submit work for review after approval. ServiceOnion can approve, reject, edit listing details, publish, unpublish, or remove marketplace items to protect quality, customer trust, and platform standards.

Ownership and licenses

Ownership and usage rights depend on the project agreement or marketplace listing. Clients are responsible for ensuring that provided brand assets, product images, content, and references are lawful to use.

Limitation

ServiceOnion aims to deliver professional digital services, but cannot guarantee specific search rankings, sales outcomes, platform approvals, or third-party service availability.
